It was amazing following people like Cary Kolat and John Hughes as what many of us from PA strived to be when we came after them. The sport builds so many great character traits that prepare wrestlers for life no matter if you were great, a back up or just on the team. It is a family. #bestsportever

29th-31st, 2018
Hy-Vee Hall
Des Moines, IA

We would like to extend an invitation to bring a team and compete at this all girl’s dual event. This event was created and added as a female division to run in conjunction with the long held AAU Nationals hosted in Des Moines. After the addition last year, AAU leadership opened the doors to all of their nation wide events for the girls. The event also features “modified-folk style” rules, encompassing free style push out and neutral restarts with the common folk style familiarity. Making it the perfect opportunity and bridge as a post season folkstyle into pre season freestyle preparation. Please, consider coming and supporting our efforts to continue the growth and opportunities for the girls by bringing a girl’s youth or high school team.

Thank You
Jason Loyd
